Cancellation Policy

1 Flexible Booking Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.

2 Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • Certain promotional offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

1 Refund Process:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process.

2 No-Show Policy:

  • In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Modification Policy

1 Change of Dates:

  • Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and may attract a date-change fee depending on the tariff difference.
  • Modifications made within 7 days of the original check-in date will be treated as cancellations and will follow the standard cancellation policy.

Special Cases

1 Force Majeure:

  • In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics, we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests on a case-to-case basis.

2 Third-Party Bookings:

  • For bookings made via travel agents or third-party platforms, please refer to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
